We believe in making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable, which is why we've eliminated the shipping fees. So go ahead, explore our products, and enjoy the convenience of free worldwide shipping.

ALL orders that leave the EU including those to UK, Norway and Switzerland are subject to local taxation and government duties which are entirely and solely the responsibility of the customer.

Items that have been bought on sale and or outlet are items under promotion and therefore 209 Mare does not receive returns or exchanges on those items. If for some reason an item is exchanged and/or returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to send this item back to our fulfillment center.

DUTIES

If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.

209 MARE is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by 209 MARE in any way.

Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information

RETURNS

To process a return or exchange, please send an email to 209Mare@209mare.com within 14 days of receiving the product to obtain further instructions. We will provide you with a link to arrange your return label with the available couriers, allowing you to schedule a collection at your convenience.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact and without any marks. Items that have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

Kindly include the following details in your email:

• Order Number
• Reason for return
• Preference for a refund or exchange (refunds will only be issued as store credit)
• If you wish the exchange to be sent to a different address, please provide the new address in the email

In addition to our general return conditions, please be aware of the following:

• Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned.
• Items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale are not eligible for an exchange or return.
• If you opt not to exchange the items, or if the desired items are no longer available, you will be refunded via store credit only.
